Post-therapy centre in Schoenfels

The post-therapeutic center in Schoenfels is aimed at adults with dependencies who aspire to lead a drug-free life. The center has two main objectives:

• Professional reintegration and rehabilitation
• Preventing emergency housing after therapy and offering support within a protected environment

A total of 30 people can work in three different workshops:

• Gardening
• Nature conservation and green space maintenance
• Cooking

Fifteen individuals who have successfully completed therapy can be accommodated for a limited duration.

In the housing facility, out of 24 different residents in 2024, 4 relapsed, resulting in an abstinence rate of 83% for 2025.
